If your order arrives and it's not correct - we will take care of it, guaranteed!  If you ordered the wrong size or wrong color, no problem!  You can return any new/unused items to Premier Motorsport Industries within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the item you paid for. Shipping paid or costs associated with international shipping, duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable. Items which have been worn, used or installed on your machine are not returnable, they will be refused if sent back and no refund will be given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect, or the item received was damaged upon arrival.

Returns must include all original tags, original packaging, and must arrive in brand new condition. Items received that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted by our Returns Deptartment, and will be shipped back to you.


Need to make an exchange? Once your return is authorized, simply place a new order for the product you wish to receive in exchange. That means you'll allocate the item and get your new item much faster. If your exchange order qualifies for our free shipping, it will be applied. However, you are still responsible for return shipping costs on your original order back to us.


We are unable to take back the following items:

  • Electrical Parts & Components
  • Clearance Items
  • Direct Ship Items such as Lifts, Tire Changers, Etc.


To report a defective product, or file a warranty claim, please contact customer service, and we will help resolve any issues. However, most warranties will be handled directly by the manufacturer.


To begin a return, please email and provide the following information:

1. First and Last Name

2. Order Number

3. Reason For Return

4. If the product received is incorrect or damaged, please attach photos.

You should expect to receive a response with an RA # and instructions within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).
